At Travel App UK, we aim to make the payment process simple, transparent, and secure. This Payment Policy explains how payments work when you book flights, holidays, or Umrah packages with us.
To secure your booking, a deposit may be required at the time of reservation. The amount of the deposit depends on the type of travel service, airline fare rules, and supplier requirements. In some cases, especially for special fares or last-minute bookings, full payment may be required immediately.
Deposits are usually non-refundable because they are used to confirm your reservation with airlines or travel suppliers. If a booking cannot be confirmed, any payment made will be refunded or applied to an alternative option if you choose to proceed.
Deposits are required when booking, with the remaining balance due before departure or ticket issuance.
The remaining balance of your booking must be paid by the due date stated on your confirmation invoice. This deadline varies depending on your travel arrangements and supplier conditions.
If the balance is not paid on time, your booking may be cancelled and the deposit may be forfeited. Travel documents such as flight tickets or hotel vouchers are usually issued only after full payment has been received.
For bookings made close to the departure date, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Travel App UK accepts a range of payment methods to make booking convenient. Payments can be made using debit cards, credit cards, or bank transfers. In some cases, other secure payment methods may also be available.
All payments are processed through secure payment systems to protect your financial information.
For selected packages, including Umrah or long-haul holidays, Travel App UK may offer flexible payment plans. This allows customers to reserve their trip with a deposit and pay the remaining balance over time according to an agreed schedule.
If instalment payments are missed or delayed, your booking may be cancelled or additional charges may apply depending on supplier policies.
All prices are subject to availability and may change before a booking is confirmed. Travel costs can sometimes change due to airline price adjustments, taxes, currency exchange rates, or supplier surcharges. Prices are only guaranteed once full payment has been received and tickets have been issued.
If a payment is declined or not processed successfully, we may contact you to arrange an alternative payment method. Your booking cannot be confirmed until the required payment has been received.
Travel App UK reserves the right to cancel reservations if payment cannot be completed within the required timeframe.
Upon successful receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details and payment summary. Please review this information carefully and contact our support team within 24 hours if any details appear to be incorrect. Travel App UK cannot accept responsibility for errors that are not reported promptly.
Travel App UK uses industry-standard security measures and encrypted payment systems to protect your financial data. We do not store full card details on our systems. In certain circumstances, we may be required to carry out identity or transaction verification checks in order to protect customers and prevent fraudulent activity. Failure to complete such checks may result in a booking being withheld pending verification.
Refunds, when applicable, are processed according to airline, hotel, or supplier policies. The time required for a refund can vary depending on the payment method used and the supplier involved.
TravelApp UK will assist customers in requesting any eligible refunds and will keep you informed throughout the process.
This Payment Policy should be read alongside our Booking Conditions and Terms & Conditions, both available on our website. For payment enquiries, please contact our support team at info@travelapp.co.uk.
